- Job description: write a detailed job description
- Marketing plan: where are you going to place your add?
- How to apply: fax, email, in person
- Who can apply: selection process: certifications, time availability, repelling those who do not fit your team culture
- Interview process: Strengths test, questions ready, set time and place, take notes, example of work
- Once hired: 3 month trial basis with 3 month contract
- Once 3 months is up, permanent, resign contract
