Key points:

  1. Job description: write a detailed job description
  2. Marketing plan: where are you going to place your add?
  3. How to apply: fax, email, in person
  4. Who can apply: selection process: certifications, time availability, repelling those who do not fit your team culture
  5. Interview process: Strengths test, questions ready, set time and place, take notes, example of work
  6. Once hired: 3 month trial basis with 3 month contract
  7. Once 3 months is up, permanent, resign contract
