How to promote your childcare business by having a clear marketing strategy.

It's no secret that social media has changed the way we market our businesses but are you depending solely on social media to fully book your program?

Here are three things to keep in mind when leveraging social media to grow your childcare business.

  1. You don't own the information.

Every follower or fan doesn't mean a customer. Furthermore, if your business page gets shut down for whatever reason you lose all the information.... that means followers, fans, posts and everything you've posted on your social media.

2. Likes mean NADA. Show me the value!

Social media platforms should be leveraged to engage and attract your ideal customers NOT to count your likes. Anyone can LIKE an image but that won't pay the bills. Sharing valuable information strategically is key. One thing that has definitely helps is creating a social media calendar that can help organize content and keep it purposeful.

3. Take control of your leads.

The intention behind social media should always be to direct traffic and conversation off of social media and onto your website to take an action: book a tour, call or leave you their email. Tell your followers what to if they are interested.
